Students of DAV Koylanagar those who satisfy the following criteria mentioned below can fill the Online Application Form and the forms will be scrutinised and after that the candidates will be informed.

Criteria for Admission in Class XI Science & Commerce

For Students of DAV Koylanagar,Dhanbad

1.Stream (Pure Science)-PCM :
Overall marks in English, Science and Maths =77%

2.Stream (Bio Science with Maths) -PCBM:

Overall marks in English, Science and Maths=77%

3.Stream (Bio Science) -PCB:
Overall marks in English, Science and Maths=73%

4.Stream (Commerce): Overall marks in English, S. St and Maths =65%

Candidates applying for PCM cannot opt for Fine Arts as additional subject.

Dear Students/Parents,

This is to inform you that today we had started the Verification of documents of few students for Admission in Class XI for the session 2020-21 but immediately we received the instruction from Administration not to call students in the school in order to maintain the social distancing during this Lock-down period. Hence, today onward no Admission will be done through Off-line. Only Online process will be followed for Admission. You are requested to please wait for sometime. We are in the process of getting our own software ready for Online Admission. You shall be informed through message and school website shortly.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION TO STD XI SCIENCE & COMMERCE FOR THE SESSION 2020-2021
In the stream field , select PCM for Physics-Chemistry-Maths, PCB for Physics-Chemistry-Biology, PCBM for Physics-Chemistry-Biology-Maths and COMMERCE for Commerce stream.
2. In the online application form enter percentage obtained in 3 subjects. For PCM or PCB or PCBM stream total percentage in English+Science+ Mathematics, For Commerce stream total percentage in English +Social Studies+ Mathematics.
3. After filling in the details on the application form applicants are required to submit the application and pay registration fee of Rs.500 only online and take a printout of the system generated application form. Please fill in the details only for which you can submit documentary evidences.
4. Applicants should keep a copy of the printout of duly filled registration form for their record.
5. Please submit only one registration form per applicant. Children with Duplicate Registrations will not be considered.
6. After submission of application (by clicking submit button)you will get a Form Number .
7. Attach Board Admit Card and Board Mark Sheet in the form.(pdf file of less than 200kb)
8. Candidates whose parent is BCCL employee must attach 'ID proof ' and 'Salary Slip of the last month'. (pdf file of less than 200kb)
9. The School Management reserves the right to add, alter, amend or cancel any of the rules, procedures prevailing at any time which will be binding on the students, parents / guardian.

Note:-Fee structure is according to previous year , no enhancement is made for the year 2020-2021 .As per CBSE norms students opting for mathematics as main subject in class-XI & XII (PCM/PCBM) must have Standard Mathematics in Class-X.

1.Xerox copy of Original Admit Card

2.School Leaving Certificate Original.

3.Xerox copy of Original marks sheet.

4.Character Certificate original.
