Applicants need to pay Registration fee of Rs.500 (Rs. five hundred only)through online payment(No cash) for all candidates( DAV Koylanagar students and non-DAV Koylanagar students).

Criteria for   Admission in Class XI Science & Commerce

For the students of DAV Koylanagar 

Students of DAV Koylanagar who satisfy the criteria mentioned below can apply for Admission .

• Pure Science(PCM) : Aggregate  70% in Board Examination .
• Bio Science with Maths(PCBM) : Aggregate 70% in Board Examination.
• Bio Science(PCB) :  70% in Board Examination.

Note- 75% in Mathematics is mandatory for opting Maths.

•  Commerce:  Aggregate 60% in Board Examination.

       For Outside students:

      Eligibility for applying in Admission in Class-XI Science & Commerce

        1.Pure Science(PCM) : Overall marks in ESM(English ,Science& Mathmatics)= 85% in Board Examination .

2.Bio Science with Maths(PCBM) : Overall marks in ESM(English ,Science& Mathmatics)= 85% in  Board Examination .

3.Bio Science(PCB) : Overall marks in ESM(English ,Science & Mathmatics)= 85% in Board Examination .

4.Commerce: Overall marks in ESM(English ,S.St & Mathmatics)= 75% in   Board Examination .

Note- Candidates will be sort listed based on merit as per the marks obtained in Board Examination  and availability  of seat.

Other than CBSE and ICSE Board students,  a written test will be conduced to check English proficiency.

• In the stream field , select PCM for Physics-Chemistry-Maths, PCBM  for Physics-Chemistry-Biology-Maths , PCB for Physics-Chemistry-Biology, and COMMERCE for Commerce stream.
• For DAV Koylanagar students   , enter aggregate marks in the ‘Aggregate %  ‘  field.
• For outsider candidates, in the online application form enter percentage obtained in 3 subjects. For PCM or PCB or PCBM stream total percentage in English +Science+ Mathematics, For Commerce stream   total percentage in English +Social Studies+ Mathematics.
• After filling in the details on the application form applicants are required to submit the application and pay online and take a printout of the system generated application form. Please fill in the details only for which you can submit documentary evidences.
• Applicants should keep a copy of the printout of duly filled registration form for their record. 
• One applicant is required to submit  only one registration form. Children with Duplicate Registrations will not be considered.
• Size of the document and photograph to be uploaded should be less than 200 kb.
• Documents to authenticate (proof) the information filled in the form must be
•  ready at the time of submission of the duly filled in form (printouts).
