1. In the subject combination fields select the combination of subjects for which applying.
2. In the online application form enter percentage obtained in 3 subjects . For subject combination of Sl.No 1 to 7 total percentage in English +Science+ Mathematics, For subject combination Sl.No 8 to 12 total percentage in English +Social Studies+ Mathematics.For DAV Koylanagar students ,Maths marks should also be filled for Subject combination 1 to 7 and 11.
3. Use digits only in the Board roll no,Registration no. marks(Eng+Maths+Sc)% or Marks(Eng+Maths+S.st)% and annual income field.
4. Use valid file names for photographs and attached documents .For example :- ram.jpg for photograph and ram.pdf for documents.
5. After filling in the details on the application form applicants are required to submit the application and pay online and take a printout of the system generated application form. Please fill in the details only for which you can submit documentary evidences.
6. Applicants should keep a copy of the printout of duly filled registration form for their record.
7. One applicant is required to submit only one registration form. Children with Duplicate Registrations will not be considered, it will be automatically rejected.
8. Size of the document and photograph to be uploaded should be less than 1 mb.
9. Documents to authenticate (proof) the information filled in the form should be attached online too ,failing which it will be considered rejected ,which should be produced at the time of submission of the duly filled in form (printouts).
10. The School Management reserves the right to add, alter, amend or cancel any of the rules, procedures prevailing at any time which will be binding on the students, parents / guardian.
11.Use laptop/desktop for better performance.
12. Introductory classes of outside students will take place only if they satisfy the basic criteria and selected through Admission test.
Documents Required at the time of Admission:
1.Xerox copy of Original Admit Card
2.School Leaving Certificate Original.
3.Xerox copy of Original marks sheet.
4.Character Certificate original.
5.Xerox copy of Adhaar card of candidate and parents.
6. Last month payslip for BCCL candidates.
