📋 Instructions / Guidelines / Terms & Conditions for application

Download the Application Form and submit it duly filled with all required testimonials and PEC Card 2026 (self-attested) from 25 June 2026 to 05 July 2026.

The duly filled form along with self-attested testimonials must be submitted through the concerned e-mail of the respective school.

Carry the original hard copy of all documents and submit them at the Registration Desk of the concerned school at DAV Public School, Koylanagar on the day of Demonstration/Interview for verification with original documents.

Date /Timing of verification: Candidates must report at 7:30 AM at the Registration Desk of particular school at DAV Public School,Koylanagar,Dhanbad according to the schedule.

Demonstration & Interview Schedule:
• DAV Koylanagar, Kusunda & Lodna – 07 July 2026
• DAV Alkusa & Moonidih – 08 July 2026
Venue: DAV Public School, Koylanagar (Reporting Time-7.30am)

Applications submitted through any mode other than e-mail will not be accepted.

No application/request will be entertained after the last date.

Original documents must be produced during Demonstration/Board Interview.

Any change in the schedule will be notified only through the school website.

No TA/DA will be admissible.

Final selection will be based on Demo Class performance followed by Board Interview and verification of CBT-2026-PEC validity.

The decision of the School Selection Committee shall be final.

All documents w.r.t the Board Interview and Demo class will not be provided to the candidate on any kind of request /claim.

Candidature may be cancelled if the selected candidate fails to join on the specified date and time.

If any information or document is found incorrect or tampered with, candidature/appointment may be cancelled at any stage.
