ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION IN Nursery(BALVATIKA1) (SESSION 2027-28)
`Admission form for admission in Nursery(Balvatika1) at DAV Public School, Koyla nagar, Dhanbad for the session 2027-28 shall be available at the School’s Website www.davkoylanagar.com from 6-11-2026 to 25-11-2026 . It should be filled in online and submitted to the link given in the school website on payment of Rs. 600/- through online payment link to the mentioned School account.`
There will be verification cum interaction on 5^th Dec 2026. Timings will be intimated later. Result will be declared on 14^th Dec. Date of admission – 21^st and 22^nd Dec 2026.
Age Limit Between 3 years to 4 years as on 31.03.2027 i.e born from 01.04.2023 till 31.03.2024.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR ADMISSION IN Nursery(Balvatika1) SESSION 2027-2028
All the columns should be filled in with capital letter in the prescribed space/format. Address should be clearly filled mentioning house no. , pin code etc. After filling in the details on the application form, it is required to submit the application online and make the payment with Rs.600/-(Six Hundred Only)through online only. Only passport size photograph of Applicant affixed in the space provided on the printed Application Form .Passport size photograph has to be uploaded online also . Use valid file names for photographs and attached documents .For example :- ram.jpg for photograph and ram.pdf for documents. Please submit only one registration form per applicant. Children with Duplicate Registrations will not be accepted.
Document to be submitted on Admission date Hard copy of filled application form. One recent Passport Size Photograph of the Child Photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Govt. Authority BCCL format in case of BCCL ward.
Note : No changes in Admission Form will be entertained once the Admission Form is submitted. Informations regarding admission procedure will be intimated later.
