Criteria for Admission in Class XI
-
For the students of DAV Koylanagar
Students of DAV Koylanagar who satisfy the criteria mentioned below can apply for Admission
1. Subject Combination Sl.No 1 to 9 : Overall marks in ESM(English ,Science& Mathematics)= 70% in Final Board Results.
2. Subject Combination Sl.No 10 to 14 : Aggregate % = 60% in Final Board Results .

 For Outside students :
Candiates download the pdf file and fill the required fields and submit the hard copy of it along with Board Marksheet in the school Fee Counter between 25-7-2022 to 28-7-2022(Time-9.00am -1.00pm). Candidates will be sort listed based on merit as per the marks obtained in Board Examination and availability of seat.
1. Subject Combination Sl.No 1 to 9 : Overall marks in ESM(English ,Science & Mathematics)=80% in Final Board Results.
2. Subject Combination Sl.No 10 to 14 : Aggregate % = 65% in Final Board Results.

1. In the subject combination fields select the combination of subjects for which applying.
2. In the online application form enter percentage obtained in 3 subjects . For subject combination of Sl.No 1 to 9 total percentage in English +Science+ Mathematics, For subject combination Sl.No 10 to 14 Aggregate percentage .
3. After filling in the details on the application form applicants are required to submit the application and pay online and take a printout of the system generated application form. Please fill in the details only for which you can submit documentary evidences.
4. Applicants should keep a copy of the printout of duly filled registration form for their record.
5. One applicant is required to submit only one registration form. Children with Duplicate Registrations will not be considered, it will be automatically rejected.
6. Size of the document and photograph to be uploaded should be less than 200Kb.File name of images and pdf should be valid names.Use only digits for Annual Income and marks fields.
7. Documents to authenticate (proof) the information filled in the form should be attached online too ,failing which it will be considered rejected ,which should be produced at the time of submission of the duly filled in form (printouts).
8. The School Management reserves the right to add, alter, amend or cancel any of the rules, procedures prevailing at any time which will be binding on the students, parents / guardian.
9. Introductory classes of outside students will take place only if they satisfy the basic criteria and selected through Admission test.
