NOTICE
ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION IN  LKG (SESSION 2023-24)

 Admission form  for admission in  LKG at  DAV Public School, Koyla nagar, Dhanbad   for the session 2023-24 shall be available from the School’s Website www.davkoylanagar.com  from   28-11-2022 to 04-12-2022. It should be filled in online and submitted to the link given in the school website on payment of Rs. 500/- through online payment link to the mentioned School account.After online submission   , the downloaded Hard copy of the form along with the enclosures is required to drop into the box placed at the main gate of the school from 1-12-2022 to 06-12-2022 between 9.00am to 1.00pm except Sunday.  

For LKG -Between  3 ½ years to 4 ½ years as on :31-3-2023

i.e born between 1.10.2018 and 30.9.2019

•  All the columns should be filled in with capital letter in the prescribed space/format.

• Address should be clearly filled mentioning house no. , pin code etc.

• After filling in the details on the application form, it is required to submit the application online and make the payment  with Rs.500/-(Five Hundred Only)through online only.

• After pressing Submit Button , applicant will get user id and password in their specified Moblie Phone for making the payment and after that can get the printed Application form.

• Those who have not made the payment after submitting the Online Application form , they can make it after clicking on “Registration Form Login: Click Here” with the user id and password got after filling the form , to finally get the printed Application form.

• Only passport size photograph of Applicant affixed in the space provided on the printed Application Form .Passport size photograph has to be uploaded online also .

• Please submit only one registration form per applicant. Children with Duplicate Registrations will not be accepted.

• Take the printout in A4 SIZE PORTRAIT FORMAT ONLY and submit the  the downloaded Hard copy of the form in the box placed at the main gate of the school from 01-12-2022 to 06-12-2022 between 9.00am to 1.00pm except Sunday.

• Put name and signature of parent/guardian in the prescribed space in the printed admission form.

• Birth certificate must be uploaded online while filling the form.

•  Candidates of BCCL employee must upload their current payslip  and id card online while filling the form. 

Documents to be submitted at the time of submission of the Hard Copy   

• One recent Passport Size Photograph of the Child
• Photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Govt. Authority.
• Photo copy of latest payslip and id card for BCCL candidates.

Note : No changes in Admission Form will be entertained once the Admission Form is Submitted.
