Criteria for Admission in Class XI
-
For the students of DAV Koylanagar
Students of DAV Koylanagar who satisfy the criteria mentioned below can apply for Admission .
1. Subject Combination Sl.No 1 to 3 and 6 : Overall marks in ESM(English ,Science & Mathematics)= 70% and 65% in Maths , in Board Examination.
2.Subject Combination Sl.No 4,5 and 7 : Overall marks in ESM(English ,Science & Mathematics)= 70%
3. Subject Combination Sl.No 8 to 13 : Open for all students of DAV Koylanagar.

For Outside students (CBSE/ICSE/JAC BOARD) :
1. Subject Combination Sl.No 1 to 3 and 6 : Overall marks in ESM(English ,Science & Mathematics)= 80% and 70% in Maths , in Board Examination.
2.Subject Combination Sl.No 4,5 and 7 : Overall marks in ESM(English ,Science & Mathematics)= 80%
3. Subject Combination Sl.No 8,9,10,12 and 13 :Overall marks in ESM(English ,S.St & Mathematics)=60% in Board Examination.
4.Subject Combination Sl.No 11 : Overall marks in ESM(English ,S.St & Mathematics)=60% and 60% in maths , in Board Examination.

1. In the subject combination fields select the combination of subjects for which applying.
2. In the online application form enter percentage obtained in 3 subjects . For subject combination of Sl.No 1 to 7 total percentage in English +Science+ Mathematics, For subject combination Sl.No 8 to 11 total percentage in English +Social Studies+ Mathematics.Maths marks must be filled those who opt Maths as a subject in Std-XI.
3. Use digits only in the Board roll no,Registration no. marks(Eng+Maths+Sc)% or Marks(Eng+Maths+S.st)% and annual income field.
4. Use valid file names for photographs and attached documents .For example :- ram.jpg for photograph and ram.pdf for documents.
5. After filling in the details on the application form applicants are required to submit the application and pay online and take a printout of the system generated application form. Please fill in the details only for which you can submit documentary evidences.
6. Applicants should keep a copy of the printout of duly filled registration form for their record.
7. One applicant is required to submit only one registration form. Children with Duplicate Registrations will not be considered, it will be automatically rejected.
8. Size of the document and photograph to be uploaded should be less than 1 mb.
9. Documents to authenticate (proof) the information filled in the form should be attached online too ,failing which it will be considered rejected ,which should be produced at the time of submission of the duly filled in form (printouts).
10. The School Management reserves the right to add, alter, amend or cancel any of the rules, procedures prevailing at any time which will be binding on the students, parents / guardian.
