Selected candidates for admission in std-XI-  DAV KOYLANAGAR STUDENTS 

Online Applications are invited for admission of Std.XI  for the Academic Session 2024-2025 between   04-03-2024   to      20-3-2024 only on the school website www.davkoylanagar.com  in the prescribed format.

Applicants need to pay Registration fee of Rs.1000 (Rs. One Thousand only)through online payment(No cash) for all candidates( DAV Koylanagar students and non-DAV Koylanagar students).

Students of DAV KOYLANAGAR who want to take Admission in Std.XI must apply through  prescribed application form . However there will be no Admission test for the students of DAV Koylanagar.

Admission Test for Std-XI is mandatory for external students only (Non-DAV Public School, Koylanagar).

Online registration is a must for both the internal (DAV Public School, Koylanagar) and external (Non-DAV Public School, Koylanagar) candidates.

3. Submission of hardcopy of application form :18/03/2024 to 20/03/2024

4. Admission Test Date   : 31-3-2024

5. Reporting Time : 8.00 am

6. Registration fee                     :Rs.1000/-(One Thousand only)

7. As per CBSE norms students opting for mathematics as main subject in class-XI & XII must have Standard Mathematics in Class-X

For Meritorious students special classes and guidance for competitive examination will be provided with no cost.

Admission Test (For students of other schools)

Admission test will comprise of English, Maths, Science for subject combination Sl.No-1 to 7  and English, Maths,S.st  for subject combination Sl.No-8 to 12 as per Class X CBSE Syllabus . 

Criteria for   Provisional Admission in Class XI 

•  For the students of  DAV Koylanagar

Students of DAV Koylanagar who satisfy the criteria mentioned below can apply for Admission without Admission Test.

1. Subject Combination Sl.No 1 to 7  : Overall marks in ESM(English ,Science & Mathematics)= 75% in  Pre Board Examination  and 65% in Maths  .

2. Subject Combination Sl.No 8 to 10 and 12 : Overall marks in ESM(English ,S.St & Mathematics)= 70% in  Pre Board Examination.

3. Subject Combination Sl.No 9. : Overall marks in ESM(English ,S.St & Mathematics)= 70% in  Pre Board Examination & 60% in Maths. 

• For Outside students(Criteria for appearing in Admission Test)  :

1. Subject Combination Sl.No 1 to 7 : Overall marks in ESM(English ,Science & Mathematics)=80% in   Pre Board  Examination.

2. Subject Combination Sl.No 8 to 12 : Overall marks in ESM(English ,S.St & Mathematics)=75% in   Pre Board Examination.

 Admission to those candidates other than DAV Public School, Koyla Nagar shall be considered only after clearing the admission test . Admission to those candidates who will secure less than the prescribed marks shall be treated as cancelled.

Criteria for Confirm Admission in Class XI will made only after declaration of Class X , CBSE Result.

1. In the subject combination fields select the combination of subjects for which applying.

2. In the online application form enter percentage obtained in 3 subjects . For subject combination of Sl.No 1 to 7 total percentage in English +Science+ Mathematics, For subject combination Sl.No 8 to 12 total percentage in English +Social Studies+ Mathematics.For DAV Koylanagar students ,Maths marks should   also be filled for Subject combination  1 to 7 and 11.   

3. Use digits only in the Board roll no,Registration no. marks(Eng+Maths+Sc)% or Marks(Eng+Maths+S.st)% and annual income field. 

4. Use valid file names for photographs and attached documents .For example :- ram.jpg for photograph and ram.pdf for documents.

5. After filling in the details on the application form applicants are required to submit the application and pay online and take a printout of the system generated application form. Please fill in the details only for which you can submit documentary evidences.

6. Applicants should keep a copy of the printout of duly filled registration form for their record.

7. One applicant is required to submit  only one registration form. Children with Duplicate Registrations will not be considered, it will be automatically rejected.

8. Size of the document and photograph to be uploaded should be less than 1 mb.

9. Documents to authenticate (proof) the information filled in the form  should be attached online too ,failing which it will be considered rejected ,which should be produced at the time of submission of the duly filled in form (printouts).

10. The School Management reserves the right to add, alter, amend or cancel any of the rules, procedures prevailing at any time which will be binding on the students, parents / guardian.

11.Use laptop/desktop for better performance.

12. Introductory classes of outside students will  take place only if they satisfy the basic criteria and   selected through Admission test.
